Write to me
If you cannot see a time that suits you, or would rather ask a question first. I usually reply within two working days — longer only when I am away.
Send an email kontakt@bartoszkozak.com
The ZnanyLekarz calendar covers in-person appointments. Online sessions are arranged directly by email.
A first message needs only your name, how to reach you and a sentence about what you are looking for. Email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not include health details — we can talk about those when we meet.
Fees
| Consultation | 350 PLN |
|---|---|
| Psychotherapy session | 350 PLN |
| Online session | 350 PLN |
Each meeting lasts 50 minutes.
Where EMDR work calls for a longer session, we agree the time and the fee in advance, individually.
Payment
At the practice, payment is made after the session, in cash or by card.
For online sessions, payment is made before the meeting. I can send a card payment link or bank transfer details.
If you need an invoice, personal or for a company, please tell me before the session.
Cancellations
A session can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. A session cancelled later is charged — not as a penalty, but because the hour is reserved for you alone and cannot be used otherwise.
